Select one or more files from the Mp3 list and double click mouse button to play files.

To be able to play Mp3 files from Mp3 Media Studio your Mp3 player must accept M3u playlist format from command line.
 
To change your default Mp3 Player go to General Options and choose a progrgam path of your favorite Mp3 player.
